Do we need this if we already have a developer?+
Yes, ideally before development starts — design decisions made after code exists are far more expensive to change than decisions made on a wireframe.
What do we actually receive at the end?+
Wireframes, high-fidelity screens, a clickable prototype and a component-level design system your developers (ours or yours) can build directly from.
How do you test usability without a large user base yet?+
We recruit a small number of representative users (5–8 is often enough to surface major issues) and observe them completing real tasks in the prototype.
