How is support billed — retainer or per-incident?+

Most clients use a monthly retainer for predictable coverage; one-off audits or fixes can also be scoped individually if ongoing support isn't needed yet.

What's your response time for urgent issues?+

Response times are agreed as part of the support scope based on severity — critical production issues are prioritised over minor feature requests.
